We deal with a number of projects at a time. Your project is as important to us as any other. Regardless of work quantum and revenue potential involved, we set priorities and align resources according to our contractual obligations towards you. We understand there could be occassions when project benchmarks would have to be changed or milestones shifted during the course of implementation. In such situations, our approach is to protect the project continuity and thus minimize the impact on your overall project. We believe that transparency in information is prime to achieving these ends. Our workflow designs put as much emphasis on information flow as on material and HR flows.

For your ongoing projects, we maintain an online log for works in progress called WIP Log. You would need login details to access the page and retrieve the log. The login details are sent by post or email to your designated person as per contract or notified in writing otherwise. Please note that this information is accessible to our project team as well.
