Plans:
Our plan for the current quarter is to build on the opportunities we have tapped in the previous quarter. In the order of priority, we would be looking to develop Interactive, Wateen and Cybernet accounts. Besides, substantial share of our attention would be given to Link Dot Net (LDN) and Nexlinx for their DVB VSAT and WiMax network expansions. While we are very clear on our priorities, we are flexible enough to improvise on need basis. Notwithstanding the business strategy needs, we believe in treating our customers with equal respect.
While we expand our customer portfolio, we are geared up to expanding our operational reach. Having achieved higher confidence in Project Office Karachi, our plan is to establish a similar point of presence in Islamabad. Pilot has already been initiated.
In terms of scope of services, we have already expanded and further looking to improving upon value to the customer. Our single most important criterion for our outsourcing solution design would be to reduce our customer’s fixed costs.
Furthermore, we want to diversify in the target market. In addition to Network Operators and Enterprise market segments, we plan to target the higher tier infrastructure providers. This is one of our mid-term plans.
