We have been largely occupied in house-keeping in the last quarter. In order to obtain operational efficiency that is in fact our cutting edge, we have overhauled our systems for seamless delivery of projects. Besides, we have gone one level up in collective technical expertise by sending our people to trainings. The biggest achievement during the last quarter was recovery of debts which were nearly termed as ‘bad’. This has resulted in un-projected cash inflows. Good news for our shareholders!
To list a few, we have overhauled the following systems:
- Accounting and Reporting Systems for transparency in financial performance
- Field Mission Systems for organized projects delivery
Whereas our field activity has been much slower than the third quarter when Wateen Project was in full swing (102 installations of DVB VSAT Terminals), we have managed to get a breakthrough in the Enterprise market for ‘Engineering Services’ launched only recently. Response from the Enterprise market is good; however, the pace is low. We need to work more on this segment.
